- We use extremely integrated project management software to increase the efficiency of our project managers. This integration makes daily project documentation extremely easy and it keeps all our shareholders up-to-date on the latest information regarding a project. From the client to the subcontractor, everyone is in the loop on a projects progress.
- Our team of project managers are highly trained in scheduling, risk management, safety standards, budget management, trade knowledge, inspecting, and communication. They have hands on knowledge of the construction process and can identify a problem before it arises.
- Our team of project managers work directly with our design team during the design process as advisers to them. This helps the designer and the client make educated decisions toward the design of a project helping to keep it in budget.
- Lastly we plan everything before we start construction. This planning process takes about half of the time it takes to build the proposed project. It is worth it in every way, from reducing risk, to staying on budget during construction, planning is just as important as project execution.
